The Rockford Diocese requires those dealing with children in parish ministries/facilities to participate in this seminar. “Protecting God’s Children” will focus on sexual abuse awareness, identifying perpetrators, and creating a safe environment. Catechists, assistants, support staff and other volunteers are required to attend.

IMPORTANT! When you complete the session, copy the certificate, showing that you completed the seminar, and give a copy to your Principal, Director of Religious Education or other ministry leader who requested that you complete the seminar.
