REGISTRATION
Registration is now open for the 9th annual conference taking place March 3 - 6, 2011.
Religious registration is open to priests, brothers, and sisters and their communities who would like to share the JOY of their vocation. Due to the large number of participants, registration is on a first come-first served basis. After the display space has been filled, you may still register to attend without the ability to have booth space.
For the 2011 National Conference, our preferred method of accepting registrations will be on-line. To register by mail or fax, please contact Michelle Tack - National Conference Coordinator at (630) 338-8050 to have a form mailed or faxed to you. Our fax number is (630) 338-0008.

WHAT TO EXPECT
If you have attended the National Vocation Conference before, you know that we roll out the red carpet for all of our Religious guests. From the time you arrive until the time you depart, we will take care of all your needs. Unlike other venues, there is no charge for you and your community to participate. Shown below are some of the things to remember:
Conference Location - All conference events will take place at St. Patrick Catholic Church located at 6N491 Crane Road, St. Charles, IL. 60175. All media shipments and mail should be directed to HERE I AM LORD CONFERENCE c/o St. Patrick Catholic Church 6N487 Crane Road, St. Charles, IL, 60175. Please note that we have two (2) church locations so it is important to remember the addresses shown above.
Vocations Fair - The Vocations Fair is a staple of the conference and allows you to showcase your community. This year over 5,000 people will have a chance to view your displays, pick up material and learn more about your community. We will provide you with a 6' skirted display table (only one per community).

Refer to this map when registering on-line so you can request your preference for display space location. Those spaces that are shown in dark gray have already been assigned to registered communities.
Transportation - If you are flying in, we will provide courtesy transportation to and from O'Hare International Airport. If you are flying in to Midway you will have to arrange your own transportation.
Housing - One of the hallmarks of the conference is our host family program. We have many parishioners who open their homes to you for the extended weekend. Many have hosted the same Religious since the beginning of the conference. Please take advantage of this opportunity as we always have plenty of homes available.
Convent space is very limited, as is Marmion Abbey for our visiting Priests and Brothers. Please contact Michelle Tack to check on availability of convent or abbey space. 630-338-8050
There are many hotels in the St. Charles area. The Fairfield Inn is the closest and has special pricing available. Click here to go to the Fairfield Inn site
Other hotels are located on the east side of St. Charles (we are on the northwest side). You can view those hotels here at the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce web site.
Food - All of your meals from Thursday afternoon thru Sunday afternoon are provided. If you have special dietary needs, please let Michelle know in advance or list on the conference registration form in 'Additional Information' section
