Bickford Senior Residence Update
A happy day at the Bickford Senior Residence! On Holy Saturday, 2021, the St. Pat’s volunteers were able to have their first in-person Bingo there in over 14 months. It was unclear exactly who was happier, them to see us or us to see them. We will be slowly and cautiously reintroducing activities there. We held a flower arranging class with 16 residents who made flower arrangements to take to their rooms.

Dear Volunteers, We have prayerfully decided to cancel our monthly St. Pat’s sponsored shift at NIFB. Due to the pandemic and it’s effect on older people (many of us), we feel that this is the wisest course.
Those of you who still want to volunteer can do so as an individual on their website or by calling 630-443-6916. Hopefully when we have a vaccine or better treatments we can start back up again since we recognize NIFB as a very worthy mission especially at this time.
Please call Susan with any questions 630-988-2440. Stay safe and stay well.
