This is the same information that is included in the four page section of the Wedding Guidelines.  If you have already filled out those pages, simply scan them and email them to Katie Speiden, Director of Music Ministries, at music@stpatrickparish.org.

Wedding Details (Readings, procession, etc.)

This form contains the information requested in the Wedding Guidelines packet.
  • The wedding is a:
  • Please select the reading you would like to use.
  • Please list the name of the person who will read the First Reading.
  • Please list the name of the person who will read the Second Reading.
  • If someone other than the priest will be reading the Prayers of the Faithful, please list that person's name here.
  • Please list the names of those in your families who have died that you wish to remember at your wedding.
  • Does the bride have grandparents who will be attending the ceremony? If yes, please list their names here.
  • Does the groom have grandparents who will be attending the ceremony? If yes, please list their names here.
  • Is there any other information that the Wedding Coordinator, Musicians or Priest need to be aware of? (ex. Do we need to be attentive to the needs of guests with disabilities, wheel chair accessibility, etc.?)
  • Please list the names of your ushers here.
  • The procession begins with:1. Altar Server (cross bearer) 2. Altar Server 3. Priest 4. Groom 5. Junior Bridesmaid with Junior Groomsman - Please list names of any Junior Bridesmaids and Junior Groomsmen in pairs as they will walk into church.
  • The Bridesmaids and Groomsmen follow the Junior Bridesmaid and Groomsman if applicable, otherwise they will follow the groom and will walk down the aisle as couples. Please list names in pairs.
  • Please list names of Maid/Matron of Honor and Best Man. They will walk as a couple after the Bridesmaids and Groomsmen.
  • Please list name and age of ring bearer(s).
  • Please list name and age of flower girl(s).
  • Please list the name and relationship of the person(s) who will escort the bride down the aisle.
